MAZATLÁN._ The perception of insecurity that pervades abroad in Mazatlan is exaggerated, questioned by the Civil Association of 800 Canadians and Americans friends of Mazatlan.

Born in Boston, Mc-Granth narrated that when he first came to Mazatlan was for two months and stayed 10 years, he returned briefly to the United States and returned here, where now it takes 40 living, precisely because it feels safe and have been treated well.
