MAZATLÁN._ The perception of insecurity that pervades abroad in Mazatlan is exaggerated, questioned by the Civil Association of 800 Canadians and Americans friends of Mazatlan.

«I know there are unfortunate moments that are happening around the insecurity, but its exaggerated perception held abroad in Mazatlan insecurity, because daily life remains the same, working and creating jobs and economy.»

Born in Boston, Mc-Granth narrated that when he first came to Mazatlan was for two months and stayed 10 years, he returned briefly to the United States and returned here, where now it takes 40 living, precisely because it feels safe and have been treated well.

While Rudy Villalobos, president of the Association reported that house-hunting in Spain, but came to Mexico and visited different tourist destinations until she found Mazatlan, where in the last eight years has had his best experiences. «We live a quiet, nice people, like every city has problems, but in Mazatlan is much quieter to what happens overseas.»
